It was a great event, with about 450 guests who potentially wanted to be drawn. And for Galderma, the success of this event was a considerable challenge.

HOW TO ORGANIZE LIVE PORTRAIT SKETCHING FOR OVER 400 PEOPLE IN A HUGE VENUE
The client’s pitch was to draw as many portraits as possible
More than 100 portraits were taken over two days.
On events of this size, the challenge is to draw all the guests who want to (knowing that there are more than 400 of them) and that the activity is visible and understandable by all.
TO ANSWER THIS, IT WAS NECESSARY TO PREPARE THE VENT WELL IN ADVANCE
Drawing portraits in black and white
Do not print the portraits
Always with the aim of saving time, and in a respect of respect and environment, we decided not to print the portraits but only to send them to you by e-mail.
Get help from an assistant
Thanks to Darius for his efficient help.
Darius greeted the guests, photographed them and then sent each of the portraits by e-mail.
Connect iPads to big screens so everyone can see the portraits live
Our iPads were connected to big screens so that all the guests could see the portraits being drawn live, even if they were in the back of the room. Thanks to the technical team for their help and support.
And finally working with a talented illustrator
Because of the number of people, I could not be alone to draw. And I chose to work with Virginia Romo. Virginia is a talented illustrator but also a person I know for her professionalism and commitment. I met him several years ago when we were working for Ritzenhoff.
We are perfectly understood, synchronized. Without knowing it, we were designing at exactly the same speed, each with our own style, and the clients were thrilled.
More than 100 clients designed, and it was a success.
