Véronique Jacquart X La Samaritaine
Imagine the state I was in when I received the email from La Samaritaine asking me to animate their Véronique Jacquart x La Samaritaine Workshop for two months for the Christmas holidays. It was just crazy!
La Samaritaine is now the most beautiful store in Paris… brand new, reopened after 16 years of closure and they offer me a Véronique Jacquart X La Samaritaine ??? One of the pride of the LVMH group, which asks me to be there to design their customers!!! It’s a dream and can’t tell you my state of mind right now.
The big Christmas launch is coming up in a few days now and I’m on the final preparations. So I test the printers, I buy paper and I rent an apartment not far from the store… I train myself to draw better and faster and I take vitamins to be able to hold on during these two months of madness.
So, my nights are getting shorter because I am a little stressed, but at the same time so proud to be able to be part of this adventure. This first Christmas at the Samaritan is going to be crazy and I can’t wait… for you to come see me so we can talk and I can draw you. I want to laugh with you and share this Christmas in a unique and so Samaritan way.
